The people behind the system

Built by people
who know the work.

00 / OUR ORIGIN

Binomial Cloud grew from a working field-service operation — not from a hypothetical workflow. Since 2008, our team has coordinated customers, technicians, routes, repair evidence and service partners in the real world.

That experience became software: one connected operating layer designed to make complex work clear, accountable and easier to scale.

Core team

Different disciplines.
One operating idea.

Operations, technology, delivery and design are developed together. The result is a platform shaped by the people who run the work and the people who use it.

How we build

Our principles.

Four rules keep the platform grounded as it grows.

  1. 01
    Start with real work

Product decisions begin with the people, handoffs and exceptions that exist in the field.

  2. 02
    Connect the whole operation

Managers, vendors, technicians and customers should share one operational reality.

  3. 03
    Automate with accountability

Automation should remove friction while keeping status, history and ownership visible.

  4. 04
    Design for evidence

Photos, reports, time, location and decisions turn completed work into trusted knowledge.

We are building the operating layer we needed ourselves — then making it useful for every service organization coordinating people, places and work.
